Hamburger restaurant

The worst wrap I have ever experienced. Wrap was stale, so hard to bite through. Chips came out cold, probably sitting there for a while as we were in the waiting bay for 1 burger, wrap & chips for about 20 mins in over 30 degree heat. Never going back there.

This is our closest Maccas so this review is based off of many interactions.Service:-Polite, but not friendly in general.-Often get orders wrong (ie. Order and pay for one meal and end up with something else).-Multiple times they miss putting a toy in our children's Happy Meals.Food:- Often very poor quality 'cooking' (ie. Burnt chicken, excessive sauce, old browned lettuce, scraps of tomato that really should be going to the chickens)- Poor construction of burgers.- Food regularly appears to have been sitting in the warmer for long periods of time. (It's certainly not made 'fresh'.I'd recommend avoiding this store. If my kids didn't like Happy Meals as a treat I would never go here again. The main reason being they have shown no effort to improve their product or process.

Placed an order on the self service machine and paid for it and was not not given a ticket , then they told me no such order had been made and were not interested in listening to so i then left the store and once home checked my account and sure enough they had taken my money.Poor service as usual McDonalds

Time and time again. Ask for a double get a single. Ask for no salad get salad. Look at the bloddy order and put quality before quantity.

Okay. People making burgers need to take more care/pride in their work. Aside from getting the order wrong, (which was very quickly rectified by the manager when brought to her attention, thank you), our burgers were all lop-sided and looked very slap-dashedly/carelessly assembled (see images where sauce and cheese - which looks like it is trying to escape the box - mostly on the side of the burgers). I realise Maccas is affordable fast food, and call me fussy, but to me 'fast' does not mean a 'no care' approach.

Great cafe, the staff were really friendly, the service was quick and the food was amazing. The pancakes were the BEST!!We loved the atmosphere, love all the plants.We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a very enjoyable visit.

Wow Wow Wow, I was almost stuffed with such a filling large portion of fries. And the latest Void Burger, where everything between the two slices of bread is in another dimension, invisible to normal humans.

I went through the drive thu, to order a large cup of water with 2 serves of bursties. at all my other hungry jacks they put it through for me as 2 frozen drinks that way i can pay for the bursties. when i went last week i asked for the following and i got told that i can't do it. i explained that all my other hungry jacks do it and i explained as i wanted somthing yummy as my body isn't the best with fizzy drinks and they said they won't do it. i offered to buy it as a large soft drink and just replace it with water but they said no. i asked to speak to the manager but was told that they weren't there? wow hungry jacks leaving your staff unsupervised. really disappointing you can't cater even when i'm offering extra money

Stumbled upon patty smith's the other day and must say I was blown away! We have tried a few burgers , overall we loved the patty, and flavours are out of this world, also not forgetting the onion rings. I'd definitely come back for more ! Highly recommend !
